Day's on market is trending higher.

Days on market has ticked up from the historical low of 14 days to 21 days and the number of competing offers has fallen from 5.5 offers per listing in April to 2.4— same as last month. Buyers, you’re facing less competition BUT THE NICEST HOMES GO FAST! Message me if you’re ready to make a move!
